Plastering over Artex

Artex was very popular in the 70s & 80s & covered a multiple of sins.

These days many clients contact us to ask if we can skim their ceilings to a flat surface, thus covering the design they no longer want. This is a simple procedure. We scrape off any excessive parts of artex, apply 2 coats of PVA (this helps the plaster to stick to the artex) and then apply 2 coats of plaster.

Coving

Float & Set
